Swimming, its a love-hate thing.

Love it cos its fun fun fun! Like you exercse your whole body, well almost. Hahaha.

Hate it cos it really makes my hair frizzy dry, my skiiiiin so dark tan & dry D:

Oh oh! I used alot of facial wash, but all doesnt seem to help D: I don’t even know what is my skin type, when I didnt apply, it becomes dry & chappy. If I apply, it became tooooo oily? Shiny? D: should like invest on something more expensive? Like proactiv or clarins? Help (:

Yay, new cooler app :D cos its free, so I downloaded it. Hahaha, so cool. Its also more accurate cos the cal burns is the actual cal burnt as you have to insert your height, weight &amp; your gender. So I feel that its pretty accurate. :3

But, only 136 cal?!?! D: Anyway, I couldn&#8217;t run much as my chest was painful == think cos I haven&#8217;t been on tracks for the last 5 days. I was away for a little hols. I ate like a pig, but I controlled at least. :3

Needa pull my socks up &amp; get back on tracks.

Will be playing wii fit after the run :D gonna do some Yoga, aerobics &amp; strength training :3
