Rarrr!!! Tried 5km in 30min. Buuuut, I started in a very fast speed like 6min/km which makes my other km very tiring. Ran 4km instead. boo!

Feel that I’m not working enough. Ate so much!!! && burnt only 162… Why? Why D:

When you’re having your period you tend to eat more right? Pls somebody… I have been eating all the junk food D: i swear, somebody inspire me pls, stop me, motivate me pls ! Arghhh!!!

Oh well, I am still having a cough. Its okay to run right? :/ I felt goood after a run :3 cos i binged! >:(

Ugh, yes I ate like a small of piece of cheese cake & a lychee pudding. You know why? Cos I was attending this Singapore drift event thing! & was the VIP there where they serve really good stuff!!!

At least I don’t purge :3 i never purge in my life :/ will never want to. Ahhaha, cos i know the feeling is way worst than binging. I’ll burn them off! So what :3 I’m a happy right now :D

Today is a bad day, had a major test earlier in the afternoon. Did like shit D: so i had no motivation to run. I was raging &amp; ran like shit!!!

Hey guys! :D hahahaha! Got another medal for reaching my 5km goal :3 yayyyyy!!!! :D

Training for my 10km marathan this coming july :3&#160;10km you know!!! Hope I don&#8217;t die half way :/ hahahah!

Hahaha! I lip sing along with the songs while running! Itsxzs so fun!!! Trust me! You guys will feel that time passes faster than usual cos you are actually having fun! Wohoo!

Will be joining a 10km marathon run this July :D

Yay! Tried 5km only, shall challenge myself to go for the 10km one. Kind of scary though :/

Haha basically i break my last run record! So here&#8217;s a medal for me! :D

Anyway!!!!! This run was so goood! Was so motivated!!! So many people on the tracks, the feeling when you overtake someone, is so damn goood :D

Felt like a mini competition over there just now :D hahaha!

Yay, new cooler app :D cos its free, so I downloaded it. Hahaha, so cool. Its also more accurate cos the cal burns is the actual cal burnt as you have to insert your height, weight &amp; your gender. So I feel that its pretty accurate. :3

But, only 136 cal?!?! D: Anyway, I couldn&#8217;t run much as my chest was painful == think cos I haven&#8217;t been on tracks for the last 5 days. I was away for a little hols. I ate like a pig, but I controlled at least. :3

Needa pull my socks up &amp; get back on tracks.

Will be playing wii fit after the run :D gonna do some Yoga, aerobics &amp; strength training :3

Shitz, my mood wasn&#8217;t good. So I sprinted for the front part then I got really tired. Ugh, mooood swing!
