Ugh, yes I ate like a small of piece of cheese cake & a lychee pudding. You know why? Cos I was attending this Singapore drift event thing! & was the VIP there where they serve really good stuff!!!

Today is a bad day, had a major test earlier in the afternoon. Did like shit D: so i had no motivation to run. I was raging & ran like shit!!!

Anyway!!!!! This run was so goood! Was so motivated!!! So many people on the tracks, the feeling when you overtake someone, is so damn goood :D

Yay, new cooler app :D cos its free, so I downloaded it. Hahaha, so cool. Its also more accurate cos the cal burns is the actual cal burnt as you have to insert your height, weight & your gender. So I feel that its pretty accurate. :3
But, only 136 cal?!?! D: Anyway, I couldn’t run much as my chest was painful == think cos I haven’t been on tracks for the last 5 days. I was away for a little hols. I ate like a pig, but I controlled at least. :3
Needa pull my socks up & get back on tracks.
Will be playing wii fit after the run :D gonna do some Yoga, aerobics & strength training :3
