I always wanted to lose weight, always! but at that point of time I cant stop eating! I swear I eat & eat & eat, I feel hungry every minute. It was horrible I swear! Even though I’m already full, I can’t stop myself from eating my fav food. Eeeew! Hate it hate it!
So I one day I went back home to visit my parents, THEY WERE SHOCKED CAUSE I WAS SWOLLEN & BLOATED (I was round ==). I look at myself in the mirror & pinched that layer of fats, everywhere I could feel it. Tummy, thighs, arms, no collar bone & no hips bones, no back dimple & stuff. I was shocked. Then, I went up to google to search for inspiration & to find out what food to eat or not :/ basically the I just google: Tips on loosing weight, FAST.
Then I thought I should make a diary to motivate myself, indeed here am I (; Being inspired by alot people! Lovely people who make me feel that I am not alone, we’re all in this together aight? :)
Will never regret doing this, cos I’m happy through this journey. >:)
