Nope, none. :/ Basically my size & weight have been like this, it sometimes goes way high upppppp thats when I decided to be healthy.

So, nah, no clothes that I want to throw away. Hahahha :3

Day Nine: What is your least favourite body part and how would you like it to change?

Basically is my thigh. Ermm, arms? Tummy? :b ahhaha! Okay okay, I really don’t know what to do for this stubborn thigh. Eff it.

I did crunches & obviously my tummy looks more toned. I did like push ups & stuff, I can feel it changes.

But wtf, fcking thigh is so fking stubborn D:

How do I make a change? IDK. bitch.

1. I hope I’ll look beautiful in wedding dresses (;
2. To have the gap, the collar bones.
3. I’ve always feel very insecure wearing sleeveless shirt. I hope to get that confidence back.
4. To step on a weighing machine & not scared of the number you see & was proud to tell people whats my weight. boo.
5. To look nice in shorts, sleeveless & heels.

Hmmm, this I don know ? :/ I have been kind of secretly refusing all the junk food that they offer me. Yeah, but about the exercising part, I think my friend started exercising too (:

Day Three: Was there a point in time where you realised you wanted to lose weight? When?

I always wanted to lose weight, always! but at that point of time I cant stop eating! I swear I eat & eat & eat, I feel hungry every minute. It was horrible I swear! Even though I’m already full, I can’t stop myself from eating my fav food. Eeeew! Hate it hate it!

So I one day I went back home to visit my parents, THEY WERE SHOCKED CAUSE I WAS SWOLLEN & BLOATED (I was round ==). I look at myself in the mirror & pinched that layer of fats, everywhere I could feel it. Tummy, thighs, arms, no collar bone & no hips bones, no back dimple & stuff. I was shocked. Then, I went up to google to search for inspiration & to find out what food to eat or not :/ basically the I just google: Tips on loosing weight, FAST.

Then I thought I should make a diary to motivate myself, indeed here am I (; Being inspired by alot people! Lovely people who make me feel that I am not alone, we’re all in this together aight? :)  

Will never regret doing this, cos I’m happy through this journey. >:)
It was never easy, no one said its easy, but at least I try, at least I still won something. I know it myself, at least I try (:
